• Project description. This is for my better understanding of what I am working on. For your information, I have no problem signing NDAs. Additionally, unless stated, even without NDAs, all work detail is strictly confidential.
• Scope of my responsibility. This helps me figure out my prospective roles in your project.
• Timescale. This gives me the better picture whether I am available or when I can engage the project.
• Budget. This helps determining possibility of completing the assignment. Additionally, it gives me a chance to advise the way to improve your project according to your budget.
